Project Description
Join us in this annual stewardship event focused on removing invasive scotch broom from a beautiful camas bed at a Friends Land Trust preserve. The Native Plant Society was been leading this effort for many years and Friends volunteers will be joining in to carry on this important work for years to come.
Level of physical work includes walking a very short sloped distance from the parking area. While working, volunteers will be carrying bags of weeds, bending, and kneeling.
Site notes: There is no restroom on site.
We provide all necessary tools and gloves, however you are also welcome to bring your own gloves and handtools.
