TVW is Washington's public affairs network, providing gavel-to-gavel coverage of Washington State Legislature sessions and coverage of the Washington State Supreme Court and public affairs events. It is widely considered the model state level equivalent of C-SPAN.

TVW was on hand to report on the western pond turtle release, held on Sept. 10, 2019 at Friends of the Columbia Gorge Land Trust's Turtle Haven preserve in conjunction with the Washington Dept. of Fish & Wildlife, the Oregon Zoo, and the U.S. Forest Service. Read more about the event.
