Fundraising Battle Over Bottled Water in Gorge Nearly Tied

Sara Roth of KGW reports that ahead of the May 17 primary election, supporters and opponents of a ballot measure that would prevent bottling more than 1,000 gallons of water a day for commercial sale are almost even in their fundraising efforts. 

If passed, Measure 14-55 would halt the transnational corporation's plan to bottle and sell Oxbow Springs water from Cascade Locks.
