Fort Cascades History Walk, WA

Thursday, April 18, 2019

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Join environmental educator Roland Begin at this national historic site for an informational walk to uncover the rich cultural history of the area, beginning with the Chinook-speaking tribes who have lived since time immemorial along "Big River" and extending to the days of the EuroAmerican pioneers and the events around Fort Cascades. As we go we'll identify native plants and learn their ethnobotanical uses.

Registration is a two-step process:
  1. Click "+Add" to complete a separate ticket for each person in your party.
  2. On 2nd page, click the bubble next to the main contact’s name (to autofill the information). This person will receive the confirmation email.
Note: We no longer have wait lists. Keep an eye on sold-out events for space to open up as cancellations happen. Registration remains open until 2 p.m. the day (or Friday) before the outing.
