Invasive Plant Removal at Balfour-Klickitat Day Use Area, WA

Come spend the morning along this scenic trail overlooking the Klickitat River. We will continue to focus on spring habitat maintenance with a variety of projects including monitoring and removing various invasive weeds such as European houndstongue, yellow star thistle, non-native annual grasses and blackberry. We’ll also take time to hike the short trail loop and talk about past and future stewardship in this area.
