In the aftermath of the oil train derailment and fire in Mosier, OR, Friends' Executive Director Kevin Gorman stopped by KBOO Community Radio for an interview with Jenna Yokoyama, discussing the Gorge Towns to Trails vision for a loop trail connecting Gorge communities. Kevin encouraged listeners to show solidarity with Mosier by visiting that great Gorge town and patronizing businesses there (Mosier was the first Gorge community to really embrace Gorge Towns to Trails), and also talked about Friends' guided "wiking" (wine-tasting plus hiking) expeditions involving Gorge wineries.
