Tom McCall Nature Preserve Hike, OR

Tuesday, September 25, 2018

10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Learn the preservation story of this important site named after former Governor Tom McCall, whose commitment to conservation in Oregon remains an inspiration. The Nature Conservancy’s (TNC) Columbia basin project steward Jen Langevin, and Friends volunteer Donna Acord, will point out unique geology and walk through Oregon oak habitat under colorful foliage while learning about TNC’s work to preserve sensitive flora and fauna to keep this area a thriving wildflower mecca each spring.

This will be a joint hike with members of TNC.
Due to the nature of this outing we are limiting the group size. Make sure you sign up for the wait list if the outing sells out quickly.
